One of the most rewarding projects I worked on while at Lazy River Products was launching the Gift Card program.
Customers had been asking for an easier way to share the Lazy River experience, especially for holidays, birthdays, and special occasions. Being able to finally say yes was a big step forward and very well received.
I helped develop the program by creating the customized sleeves for the gift cards, along with the in-store displays and marketing materials to announce the launch. Gift cards were available every day, but we also introduced a special Sunday promotion: when customers spent $100, they received a $25 gift card as a bonus.
We also planned seasonal campaigns to promote the cards as the perfect gift for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and more.
Seeing customers excited to pick up gift cards — and take advantage of the Sunday bonus — made all the work worth it.
